This is what the car looked like when it arrived at K&T Vintage for a total restoration.
It still looks good on the street. The scuff on the side of the car looks harmless enough . . . but upon closer examination we find some bad body work done previous will make the job tougher than expected.

Rust all the way around, but at least most of it is not rusted through. But cutouts by previous owners like the one on the back floorboard concerns us. What other bad things were done to the car? This will require a lot of work for our body technician.

The body is now stripped of all hardware, and body frame and panels are being readied for primer and paint. Old paint, rust and holes all need to be removed.

Lots of metal work ahead, as we work to restore the body back to its original shape and condition.
